Entry Requirements

Duration and Delivery
The qualification spans five days, with three days dedicated to theory (available both online and in the classroom) and two days of workplace assessments. The delivery format is flexible to cater to various learning preferences, combining face-to-face and online methods.
Qualification Structure
The Level 3 Certificate includes five mandatory units:

- Manage and Maintain Stewarding in Designated Areas
- Manage Information for Action and Decision-Making
- Develop and Sustain Productive Working Relationships with Stakeholders
- Monitor and Solve Customer Service Problems
- Additionally, learners can choose two optional units:
- Help to Manage and Resolve Conflicts
- Deal with Incidents at Spectator Events
- Manage Resources for Safety and Security at Spectator Events
- Develop Knowledge, Skills, and Competence
Assessment & Verification
All units are internally assessed and externally verified by NCFE. To pass, learners must provide evidence demonstrating they have achieved the learning outcomes and met the specified criteria. Assessors will maintain an audit trail to validate learners’ progress..
Progression
Upon successful completion, learners can progress to higher-level qualifications, such as the Level 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety. The qualification is recognized across the industry, improving employment prospects in various supervisory roles related to spectator safety.
